"Battery drains too fast"
Ugh. I was really hoping the battery would last longer, but it dies way quicker than I expected. Disappointing.

"Shipping took forever"
My order showed up way later than it should have. I get that delays happen, but the canned apology emails didn’t really help or tell me anything useful. Just frustrating all around.

"Pretty eaaasy to use overall"
I’ve been using the Tindeq app with my Progressor for a little while now, and it’s been eaaasy to get the hang of. The layout is clean, and I like that I can start a session without having to tap through a bunch of menus.

Syncing can take a second here and there, and a couple buttons could be more obvious, but it’s not a big deal. For tracking finger strength, it does what I need it to do. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the whole thing felt just a liiittle smoother.

"I’m always a little skeptical of all the..."
I’m always a little skeptical of all the slick product claims and polished wording companies use, but this scale has been solid so far. I checked it against my calibrated weights and the readings were really close without needing to mess around with it much. No drama, no weird setup, just does what it’s supposed to. Happy with it for now.

"Order showed up quickly"
I placed my order earlier in the week and it showed up quicker than I expected. Everything came in fine, and I didn’t run into any issues at all

"Solid support, just a tiny bit slow"
I’m absolutely certain their support is good. They took a little longer than I expected, but they still helped me get the issue fixed quickly in the end

"Helpful, but I notice the flaws too"
I’ve been using tindeq for my finger strength sessions, and overall it’s been useful. I like being able to actually see my progress instead of just guessing whether I’m getting stronger. It definitely makes training feel more organized without turning it into some huge complicated routine. That said, I do find myself focusing more on the sessions where the numbers don’t move much, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, it’s helped me train more consistently.

"I’ve been really happy with my tindeq..."
I’ve been really happy with my tindeq so far. The Bluetooth is, like, super easy to deal with and it pairs with my phone pretty much right away every time, without me having to mess around with it. I’ve used it a bunch both at home and at the gym, and it just kind of stays connected, which is really nice. It’s a simple thing, but, you know, it makes the whole experience way less annoying. Definitely 5 stars from me

"I’m happy with it overall, honestly..."
I’m happy with it overall, honestly. The build feels really solid in the hand, like it’s not going to fall apart or start feeling flimsy after a bit of use, which is always my main worry with stuff like this. It just has that sturdy, well-put-together feel. The only thing I noticed, and it’s not a huge deal, is that the finish could be a little cleaner in a couple of spots. Nothing that ruins it for me, just something I happened to notice. Still feels reliable and I’d say I’m satisfied with it

"From what I remember using it so..."
From what I remember using it so far, the software has been really solid. I haven’t run into random crashes or strange bugs, and it opens quickly and saves without any fuss. it’s one of those tools I don’t have to think much about, which I appreciate

"Clear docs overall... just need a little more!!"
I used tindeq.com mostly to get through the setup and learn the basic stuff, the docs were easy to follow!! Nothing felt too confusing or overly technical, which I really appreciated.
Most of the steps are written in plain, normal language... not a bunch of jargon!!! So I was able to get things working without jumping around Google or digging through random pages, which is always a win.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few sections could really use more examples or screenshots!!! It’s not a huge problem at all, but for new users, it would make everything quicker and a bit more obvious.

"I paid less than I thought I..."
I paid less than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise. It does what I need it to do, nothing fancy, but I’m happy with it. I mean, it’s not like it changed my life or anything, but for the price, it’s actually a solid buy. Overall, I’m pleased, though I guess I expected it to feel a little more impressive somehow

"Super easy to bring along"
I’ve been happy with how easy this is to take with me. I usually just toss it in my bag and use it at the gym, at the crag, or even at home when I feel like getting some training in. It doesn’t take up much room, and the setup is quick enough that I actually use it. Overall, it just makes training feel a bit simpler, which is kind of exactly what I needed...

"I had an issue with my Tindeq..."
I had an issue with my Tindeq device and thought the warranty process would be straightforward. The product is great when it’s working, but dealing with support was frustrating. It took a while to get clear answers, and some of the replies felt like generic copy-paste responses that didn’t really address what I was asking. I also had to repeat the same details more than once, which made the whole thing drag out. In the end, it just wasn’t handled the way I hoped, and the warranty experience was a letdown for me...

"Usually has what I need"
I found the item I was looking for in stock, and checkout were easy. A few of the accessories was sold out, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’m still happy with the availability.

"Solid tracking, app could be a little smoother"
I’ve been using Tinde Q to track my finger strength sessions, and overall it’s been good. The data is easy to understand, and I actually like being able to look back and see progress over time, it’s oddly motivating. The app can feel a little clunky sometimes, and every now and then it’s slow to connect, which is mildly annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m happy with it. Just wish the app felt a bit more polished

"Consistent Readings Every Time"
I’ve been really impressed with how consistent the readings are. Even when I test the same hold a few times in a row, the results stay steady, which makes me feel like I can actually trust what I’m seeing.

"Ordering was easy, shipping updates were kinda dumb"
Checkout was totally fine and didn’t give me any trouble, but the delivery updates were lousy. I just wanted a clearer idea of where my order was instead of having to guess like an idiot...

"Setup was easy enough, even under a little pressure"
I got it connected and calibrated without too much trouble, though I did feel a bit pressured trying to get everything done quickly. The instructions were mostly clear, but I had to redo the calibration once before it worked right. It’s running fine now, and I’m happy with it so far.

"Still works great after a ton of use"
I’ve been using my Tindeq for months now and it’s held up really well. I’ve even dropped it twice by accident, but it still feels solid and the readings seem totally fine. No complants so far.
